Det Innovative Pissoir
PeeFence is a simple and flexible urinal made of plastic sheeting. The urinal is deployed on site by rolling up a specified section of the rubber sheet and mounting it on a section of chain-link fence. This makes PeeFence an easily transported and implemented urinal for the fences of the Roskilde Festival camping area.
Taking account of every single detail, the urinal is still very simple in its construction. A one-millimeter plastic sheeting with small mounting holes forms the overall shape.
Two small springed plastic rivets and appertaining tarp rings ensure easy and secure clamping of the folding part of the urinal.
The drain consists of a foldable silicone funnel, which makes it collapsible and thereby easy to transport. The rubber urinal is cheap in production, easily transported and mounted, while having great potential of reducing the amount of urine near the fences.
